Grilled Peaches Topped with Cinnamon Sugar Butter

Ingredients:
4 ripe peaches, pitted and halved |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 stick butter, room temperature |
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Canola oil |
Directions:
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Place butter in a mixing bowl. Stir butter until smooth. Add salt, cinnamon sugar and sugar to bowl. Stir together until well combined. Set aside.
- Brush canola oil over cut side of peaches. Place peaches cut side down. Cook until golden brown.
- Remove peaches from grill. Brush small amount of cinnamon sugar butter over peaches and enjoy.
