Create the Cajun honey butter by stirring together the butter, Cajun seasoning and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
Preheat oven to broil.
Season the salmon with Cajun seasoning.
Add the butter to a large pan. Melt over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and saute for 1 minute. Pour the honey, water, soy sauce into the pan. Stir together until well mixed. Then add the lemon juice and stir.
Place the salmon fillets in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, baste with the liquid in the pan.
Place the pan into the oven. Broil for 5-6 minutes, until the tops are just beginning to char.
Transfer the salmon fillet to serving plates. Add a dollop of Cajun honey butter to the tops of each salmon fillet. Enjoy!

Cajun Honey Butter Salmon

Ingredients:
For Cajun Honey Butter:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon honey
For Salmon:
4 salmon fillets, skin off or on
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
