Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray.
Beat together shortening with sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and beat until mixed.
Add flour, buttermilk, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, raisins and walnuts to the mixing bowl. Stir until mixed together.
Pour batter into the Bundt pan. Place pan in oven and bake for 45 minutes.

1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/3 cups buttermilk
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
