Ingredients:

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons black bean sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon corn starch

Directions:

  1. Combine the teriyaki sauce and garlic in a bowl. Once mixed together add the chicken. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
