Grilled Bacon Chicken Kabobs
Serves 8
Juicy pieces of chicken breast and crispy bacon, grilled to perfection. This will become your new summer barbecue favorite!

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breasts, cut into chunks |
1/2 lb thick cut bacon, cut into quarters |
Barbecue sauce, your preference |
1 onion, chopped |
1 red pepper, chopped |
Kosher salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
8 skewers |
Directions:
- Heat grill to medium.
- Alternate chicken, bacon and vegetables on skewers.
- Season with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce.
- Cook kabobs for 10-15 minutes.
