Dungeness Crab Feast

Ingredients:

Dungeness crab, cooked and cleaned
  1. To serve, place newspaper on your patio table. Arrange the crabs on a platter and get ready to get enjoy. Offer the horseradish mayonnaise on the side.
Horseradish Mayonnaise
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable, corn or safflower oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus more as needed
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons warm water
  1. In a blender combine egg yolk, mustard, garlic and lemon juice. Process briefly to combine. While motor is running, add oils and warm water in a slow, steady stream until mayonnaise has emulsified. Add horseradish and pulse to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and more lemon juice, if necessary.
