Serves 8

Crispy, savory and sweet, the trifecta of deliciousness.

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
8 strips thick-cut bacon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each chicken breast into 4 long strips.
  3. Place the chicken into a mixing bowl. Pour the brown sugar, salt and pepper over top. Toss to coat the chicken.
  4. Wrap a strip of bacon in a spiral around each chicken tender. Arrange the bacon-wrapped tenders on the baking dish.
  5. Place in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy, and the chicken is cooked.
