Bacon and Cheese Quiche
Serves 1 quiche
Ingredients:
1 pie crust
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Place the pie crust in a glass pie plate and crimp the edges.
Pour the bacon in the bottom of the crust. Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese over the bacon.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over the cheese.
Place the quiche into the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove the quiche from the oven and let set for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
