Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders

Serves 12
Snack-sized pure deliciousness.
Ingredients:
1 package Hawaiian rolls, 12 count |
8 slices cheese cheddar cheese |
10 eggs |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
Flaky sea salt, for topping |
1 tablespoon chopped chives |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Lightly grease the bottom of a large pan with baking spray. Set aside.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom portion of the rolls into the pan. Place the cheddar cheese slices on the bottom portion rolls.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the eggs into a pan and bring to medium-low heat. Scramble and cook the eggs until just about done.
- Spread the scrambled eggs over the top of the cheddar cheese. Spread the crumbled bacon on top of the eggs. Place the top portion of the Hawaiian rolls on the bacon.
- Stir together the melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush the garlic butter across the top of the rolls.
- Place the pan into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the buns are lightly browned and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from the oven. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt and chives over top. Enjoy!
