Grilled Steak and Tabbouleh Salad

Ingredients:
1 beef top round steak
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 package tabbouleh mix, 6 oz.
1 cup chopped tomato
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, olive oil and parsley in small mixing bowl. Pour 1/3 cup into a separate container, cover and refrigerate. Place beef steak and remaining lemon juice mixture in food-safe plastic bag; turn steak to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Follow package directions to cook tabbouleh mix, omitting any oil. Add tomato and 1/3 cup reserved marinade to tabbouleh. stir to combine.
Preheat grill to medium.
Remove steak from marinade. Place steak on grill, cover and cook for about 5 minutes, flip steak and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from grill. Let sit for 5 minutes, then cut steak into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon tabbouleh into 4 bowls. Top tabbouleh with steak slices.
